Review of Biscuit Bitch Seattle, Washington

I like a good biscuits and gravy. I hesitate to order it when I go out because my mom and step dad made them just the way I like them growing up and nothing ever compares. However, If there was ever a close comparison it’s Biscuit Bitch in Seattle!

There are three different Biscuit Bitch locations in downtown Seattle, and one happened to be right outside of our hotel when we went on our Babymoon. The hipster vibe of this eatery does really well in this upcoming part of downtown, so there is always a crazy line! We went right at opening one morning and didn’t have to wait in line very long.

There menu is all biscuits, but a mix of sweet and savory. They even have a gluten-free biscuit and gluten-free and vegetarian gravy! They pretty much have something for everyone! For drinks they serve up some delicious coffee or as they call it “Kickass espresso” and of course orange juice.

Biscuit Bitch was on the top of my list to try after reading reviews. And it did not disappoint! I went with a sweet biscuit “The Canadian Bitch,” it was sweet, salty and everything my preggo cravings could have wanted! ha My husband went with the classic biscuits and gravy and it was creamy, meaty and delicious! Next time I go back I have to try the “Smoking Hot Bitch.” That one is a hot sausage or you can sub for the veggie sausage.

Next time you go to Seattle you have to try out Biscuit Bitch for breakfast! Let me know your Seattle restaurant recommendations in the comments below! And if your a biscuit fan like me check out Biscuit Love in Nashville, Tennessee.
