3 Best Homemade Granola Recipes

Honey Almond

This one is a classic! Who doesn’t love honey almond granola! Mild flavor with just the right sweetness. The almonds can also be swapped with another nut you would like to include. I would suggest to chop them up fine so you won’t have big hard chunks in your granola.  Yield for this recipe is about 2 cups of granola.

1/4 c coconut oil
1 1/2 c oats
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp sea salt
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 c honey
1/2 c sliced almonds

Honey Peanut Butter

This one is Dallas’s favorite! It has a nice bold flavor of peanut butter with the sweet honey. I like to indulge in this one on chocolate frozen yogurt. Yumm! Yield for this recipe is about 2 cups of granola.

1/4 c coconut oil
1 1/2 c oats
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp sea salt
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 c honey
1/4 c Peanut butter powder (I like PB Fit, it’s all natural and Gluten-Free)

Chocolate, Peanut Butter, &Chia

This one is my favorite! It almost makes me feel like I’m eating no-bake cookies. It is chocolatey and delicious just like dessert with only all natural sugar. Yield of this recipe is about 1 cup of granola.

1/4 c coconut oil
1 c oats
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 c maple syrup
2 Tbs cocoa powder
3 Tbs Peanut butter powder
1 Tbs chia seed

The instruction for all three is very simple and the  exact same!

1.Grease a cookie sheet with coconut oil or olive oil and preheat oven to 350°

2.Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until the coconut oil is fully incorporated.

3. Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden in color (or not feeling sticky for the chocolate granola). Let cool for 30 minutes.

4. Crumble and enjoy!
